We pour a lot of love into every last drop of our sauces – from hand-chopping vegetables to slow cooking each batch to perfection – but the Tailwaters mission doesn’t end there.

A myriad of issues are threatening the future of our parks and streams – climate change, wildfires, and invasive species to name a few. In addition, cuts to state and federal funding and the reduction of clean air and water protections are not only threatening the existence of many of our beloved parks, but also cause serious concern for our public health.
